These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Papaya Assist ("Service"), operated by Weng AI ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Papaya Assist is an AI-powered chatbot platform that lets you upload documents and deploy a chat widget on your website. The chatbot answers visitor questions based on your uploaded content using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of all documents you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and index it solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
The Service offers free and paid tiers. Free plans have usage limits on messages and documents. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your uploaded documents and data may be deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
